PRECARE
Although the post care is easy, it is VERY important to avoid:

-
No botox or filler in the treatment area two weeks prior to appointment.
-
No alcohol or caffeine (blood thinners) 24 hours prior.
-
Avoid consuming Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, Niacin, Vitamin E 24-48 hours prior to appointment.
-
Do not book an appointment near major life events; wedding, vacation, etc. Allow time for proper healing.
-
Avoid facials, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion for four weeks prior to appointment and two weeks post appointment.
-
Absolutely no anti-aging or anti-acne products on or around the procedure area for two weeks prior to your appointment as they contain active ingredients that should be avoided pre + post appointment.
-
The treatment area must be free of all irritations including ingrown hairs, rashes, blemishes, eczema, psoriasis, etc.
-
For lips: If you are prone to oral sores, it is advised to start oral anti-virals three days before the appointment and contunie them three days after to prevent an outbreak.
-
For lips: Drink plenty of water to reduce dryness on your lips. If you have severe dry, flaky lips gently exfoliate nightly three days before the appointment, followed by a lip hydrating treatment like applying Aquaphore.
